Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, to every country we ship to. No minimum order and no hidden fees.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders then arrive within 10 to 20 business days, depending on where you live. Every order is shipped directly from our supplier, so items from the same order can sometimes arrive in separate parcels. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Ordering for Christmas? Delivery can take longer in November and December, so we recommend ordering as early as possible.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it, for any reason. If you live in Norway, the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you also have a legal 14 day right to cancel your order. Our 30 days include this right.
To return an item, email us at contact@offerpath.eu with your order number. We reply with the return address and instructions. You pay for sending the item back, unless it arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered. We refund you within 14 days after we have received your return, or after you have shown proof that you sent it.
If anything is damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us with a photo and we will send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
